Lifestyle is a way of living life in society, the city, and a country. In different societies, people way of lifestyle varies as per their will. They have different norms of wearing, eating, tongues, food, and culture.

Lifestyle impact on health:

It’s the interest, behaviors, opinions, and group, the individual, behavioral impact of an individual, group, and culture. Lifestyle is a non-economic motive.

Lifestyle has a very positive and negative impact on our health. Lifestyle may include views on politics, religion, health, and much more within the scope of human life. So if we define the lifestyle in this way that your style, attitudes, and possessions when you have all luxuries and can buy whatever you want.


Lifestyle physical activity is a behavior that is broadly defined as any bodily movement produced by the contraction of muscles that substantially increases energy expenditure. This type of behavior can be accumulated during one's daily routine by participating in 30 or more minutes of self-selected physical activities.

People's lifestyles also have a positive and negative impact on our health issues. Just like as a non-scheduled and irregularities in meals, non-exercised life may cause very dangerous diseases that are very common in societies like diabetes, blood pressure, heart, and depression.


On the other hand, if we see in a scheduled and exercised lifestyle which carries a healthy and long life and tension free life.









Modern lifestyle impact on mental & physical health:

In the modern lifestyle, there is a variety of health-related habits that have a mental and physical impact on human health. A modern lifestyle can increase the risk of some phycological health problems. Modern technology has a big impact on mental and phycological health.

The resolution also asked to figure out programs for the prevention and control of chronic diseases; assess and monitor mortality and thus the proportion of sickness during an area due to chronic diseases; promote effective secondary and tertiary prevention; and develop guidelines for cost-effective screening, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic diseases, with special emphasis in developing countries.

 There are six types of lifestyles exist.

3.       Bohemian lifestyle

4.       Nomadic lifestyle

5.       Solo lifestyle

6.       Rural lifestyle

Active lifestyle:   A lifestyle in which you love to become productive and hyperactive. This lifestyle is called an active lifestyle.

Healthy lifestyle: A healthy lifestyle is a style in which you keep yourself fitting and take a healthy and balanced diet. Avoiding junk foods, saturated fats, and sugar.

Bohemian lifestyleA lifestyle in which you are an artist, musician, spiritual person. In this lifestyle, you tend to travel a lot, make adventures, artistic performances.

Nomadic lifestyle: Moving from one place to another place, a person who does not have a permanent place. Nomads feel comfortable spending time with people from one place to another.

Solo lifestyle: In a solo lifestyle, people love to live an independent life. In a solo lifestyle, people learn much more and become responsible.

Rural lifestyle: People who love to live in villages and rural areas and grow crops, animals in   their farms.
